"I called to make a delivery and the person on the phone hung up and said the location was too far even though I’d just order the week prior. After calling back to confirm that I was too far, they said that I was lying and I couldn’t make an order. I’ve had delivery with them six times and this has never happened.My friend also ordered from here the following week and found hair in her food and when she brought the food to them, they said it was her hair and that she was lying. She proceeded to show them the red hair that match the hair of one of the workers in the restaurant. They were extremely rude and dismissive the whole time. Never again!"

"I love their food. The best Chinese food in the neighborhood. A little on the expensive side though. Update: 10/06/21: I ordered shrimp fried rice shrimp lomein , it was disgusting! There was no onions, scallops, or bean sprouts in my rice. I asked for an egg in my rice, that I was charged for, it wasn't in my rice. The lomein rice was so dry nasty. I paid $23 for this disgusting food. This was one of my favorite Chinese restaurants. I won't be ordering from them again. I'm taking my four stars down, giving them ONE star.."

"The 4 time in the last month after ordering pizzas on the website, they give a pick up time, we go there to pick up our order the pizzas are not done, they say trouble with their tablet or they didn't recieve the order. So I show them our order confirmation number the pick up time. So 1 hour 20 mins after the original pick up is when the food was ready!"

"Came here on a rainy Wednesday for lunch and was pleasantly surprised by the flavors of the food. It's hard to find authentic Thai cuisine in NYC and Kin den is one of those gems.We ordered their moo ping, wing zaab, Nam tuk moo (pork and Nam tuk beef. Their moo ping is reminiscent of what I would get at night markets in Thailand though the glaze isn't 100% the same but still very good especially with the dipping sauce that gives it a bit of spice and tang. Wing zaab was our favorite appetizer perfectly fried wings coated in this spicy yet tangy (lemongrass??? crumble that you dip into their sweet sauce. Both their Nam tuk moo and beef were reminiscent of what we'd get in Thailand with the obvious price difference. Pricing is pretty fair as the portions were fairly large and all the flavors were on point!Though there was only one person taking orders and serving, we felt attended to despite the small restaurant being packed. "I stopped going there when I noticed The General Tao's chicken had Few chicken pieces They whould fry FAKE chicken balls to look like General Tao's.(Dummys).Is what we call them, in my neck if the woods. And not to mention they absolutely Don't care to make things right for the costumer. THEY DON'T CARE. Now I walk 4 blocks to get my Chinese food.On the corner of White Planes/Archer.st. Great wall of China. Is so much better. So don't waist your time and money @Young Hsin."

"Nothing fancy here just darn good food. It's the kind of ramshackle place you'll find in Chinatown where you sit a large round table with your friends, or with strangers, as you hear the poinding of a razor-sharp cleaver cutting through the duck, chicken, and pork shown in the front window. The flavors are fresh authentic and it helps with my homesickness for Mott St. Even though they recently had to raise prices, I still think the cost is reasonable. I stop by regularly and the food I pick up is consistently delicious."
