Is it legal to charge more than the state tax? The state tax is 7% and this place charges a 9% tax. I strongly dislike businesses that try to take advantage of people. The sushi is ok but not worth the value in price. Hino Oishi in Carmel has better quality sushi for the same price, nice environment to dine in the water is free (Yamato charges for water).
