We went to the Red Kite on a whim. Friendly welcome and we could sit where we like. First table was clean but very sticky, so we moved to another. This was also a little sticky, so this might be an area for improvement. Ordering via the app was a doddle. Absolutely awful food. Ordered a mixed grill sent it back because it was cold, they then recooked the steak which ment it was over cooked, then my chicken was missing off my plate, no apologies from staff.
