Ordered a birthday cake online. Cake wasn’t ready, order wasn’t received by the store or was lost. No cake for our party. They said we could pick one from the case but they were the same 2 flavors. Owner is never around to handle these things. High school kids run this place. They are clueless. Nothing was done to rectify the situation or apologize. No gift card or anything.
