In my opinion, this is far from being authentic Thai food. Had a spicy soup there for starters who had a lot of sugar in it. to be asked why you would do this is how it is done in China. I would leave this defensive, as the basis of soup was not bad... I hardly touched the main course as it was drowned in the oil and the meat was completely baked and dry. They didn't even show that.
