I love staying at hotels like this.. Yes it feels tired.. I imagine 30 years ago, the hotel would have been a grand old lady, but that doesn't distract the the food was great and a pleasant suprise on the range of food on the menu.. Arrived after a 2 hour drive to collect a client, asked for a Coffee and a cheese baguette, and waited for approximately 30 minutes for the food to be prepared? Was told that they had to cook the bread! And then had to waste half of the food due to the client then being ready to be collected, no one to complain to as manager not on site!
