"This by far is the worst branch I've been to which is upsetting everyone loves tgi. It's started with ordering the meal, which they then came back one by one to tell us they didn't have things for the kids ice creams, they didn't have sweetcorn for sides, they didn't have sour cream for potatoe skins, was just one thing after another I then ordered a main of Rib eye steak meduim rare I sent it back 2 times as it was very much not meduim rare. I over heard a customer on the table over complain about the same thing . The food took around 45 mins to be served and when they did bring me a new steak they forgot my tomato.which I asked for 3 times 3 different people and it took 25 mins for it to come out and was served which a piece of lettuce and sauce on top which was ridiculous. so I was left hungry as I couldn't eat the food I didn't enjoy. the pink colada cocktail was great loved it and the waitress hannah was absolutely amazing it wasn't her fault things were missing and taking long to arrive she was absolutely amazing she ordered the food correctly and we double checked so it wasn't her fault at all. Hannah and the cocktail was the only great thing about my visit but I went home hungry "

"Me and my friend had booked a table at 4pm today (Sunday . We walked in and stood by the door, no staff member checked us in so after a few minutes we wandered around the tables to find our name on one of them. We sat down and tried to order a roast on the app (order to table but it was not an option on the app. We then spoke to a staff member (Antonia who said that there’s a shortage of staff and we can’t order a roast until after 5pm. I kindly asked her if we did something wrong in not booking for a roast specifically and she said she’s not sure if there’s a booking option on the two websites which can be used to book, to specify a roast I then checked and there wasn’t. We were told to wait over an hour to order a roast after 5pm due to staff shortages in the kitchen. We sat and waited an hour and ordered drinks in the mean time. When the hour was up, we asked a kind waitress named Leovanna who asked the kitchen they said there’s no more meat and we can’t order a roast after all. This was clearly frustrating and I went to tell Antonia that this could have clearly been avoided had she actually asked the kitchen the issue, instead of lying that there’s staff issues and we should wait. Antonia did not apologise at any point, until I said we are leaving, and as feedback, so this doesn’t happen to another customer in the future, either provide an option for roast in the booking, ask the customers what they are here for (by checking them in maybe? or ask the kitchen if it is possible, instead of making people wait over an hour into their booking. Running out of meat on a sunday at 4pm when you offer a roast is also not good service clearly ill prepared. Shocking customer service. Leovanna’s kindness and understanding was the only good thing about this entire encounter, but I would avoid this place on a sunday. Or avoid it in general."

"The owner and the staff are super friendly. All speak Russian. I was not too convinced by the food. The plov was almost bland. However, it’s quite cozy there. I like fact that you can enjoy your food while sitting on the floor."

"Kennington £5.70 Pravha An elegant Youngs pub in the heart of Kennington. . The White Bear is just a two minute walk from Kennington tube station and sits on busy Kennington Park Road. . This is one of the oldest pubs is South London and dates back to 1780. The pub was taken over by @youngspubs a few years back and refurbished in 2016. . This is elegant pub which is tastefully decorated. At the front is an island bar with comfy seating and intimate booths. At the back is a spacious dining area which leads to a good size beer garden. Upstairs is the @whitebeartheatre which has won numerous awards, check out their instagram for upcoming shows productions. . The beer choice was pretty good, I ordered a Pravha which was great and under six quid. The food menu is full of British classics, fish chips costs £18.50. The reviews are very positive for dining here, the Sunday roasts are especially popular. . There is a nice feel to the place and the atmosphere was pleasant on this Saturday afternoon. I had a little chat with the manager about Youngs beers, he was personable and a top fella. . @thewhitebearkennington is a classy traditional pub and very easy on the eye. The price point is premium but so is the offering. Kennington is a great place to go for a laidback pubcrawl, be sure to add the White Bear to your list. . Information correct on visiting 30/07/22"

"Popped in before visiting’Swingers’ opposite. Ordered drinks which are very reasonably priced (considering it is just off Oxford Street! However, specifically leaving feedback for Marianna who served us so pleasantly at the bar and also Nina who’s polite recommendations from the menu were spot on and accommodating! 10/10"

"This place has a great selection of cocktails, everything priced very reasonably most drinks are about £10 11. Didn’t see any craft beer taps. So not a beer place. Atmosphere is electric. Music is great. The songs you can grove to and the ones that have been smash hits. Also the staff is really into making you feel great. In addition to music, were creating a show of their own. Banging the table in sync with music, moving lights, throwing ice. You will have a great time here. And if you like dancing, there is enough space. Feel free to grove to the music."
