131 has beautiful decor and a reputation of luxury. Shame the service does not represent such luxury or indeed simple good service. Poor attention, had to ask for the basics e.g napkins, to pour our champagne, cutlery, the bill etc.... receptionist cold and panicked! Just unorganised was the general feel. Receptionist on the way out was accomodating. Food good overall as anticipated it should be!.
