"I decided to grab a quick coffee at Cafe lá Scala delicatessen on Regent street Cheltenham before my nail appointment as it’s next door and I had 15 minutes to spare. There was one customer before me so as he’s order was being prepared I got asked what I wanted ? There was no greeting from the waitress/server. I politely said I would like a small coffee a cappuccino or latte either as they were all same price and I could see she was busy. She then looked at me and demanded “well which do you want? “ I said ok cappuccino please, she then said very rudely and abruptly to me “I can’t choose for you, you know” I was appalled at how someone could speak to a customer like that. This person really needs company training and a course on customer service. I really wouldn’t bother going back to this place as it’s clear they don’t care about how they treat the customers but are happy to accept your money."

"On a Sunday stroll around Cheltenham we decided to stop at the Wilson Cafe for a late lunch. The food was delicious, beautifully presented and excellent value for money. The Cafe offers sofas, tables, bar stools something for everyone. We will definitely return."
