We really enjoyed our stay here. The location is an ideal base for exploring the loire chateaus, and the gem of Chenonceau is within walking distance. Our prestige room is nice, although not without fault. It's very French if you know what I mean and this is certainty not a criticism. Very comfy bed. Bathroom is adequate. Service extrêmement froid et impersonnel. Salle dans la même lignée que le service. Plats insipide répétitif sur le coulis de petit pois ( amuse bouche et sur le plat). Dessert et mignardises pas du tout équilibre sur le sucre. Bref gros gros manque d équilibre et de justesse mélanger a une impression de froideur. On avait une seule envie.... partir.
