Where do I start? At the end of a long difficult shift for the ambulance service I walked in, tired and hungry. Sometimes I wonder if people who cook the same thing year after year actually taste and check what the result of their cooking is. I’ve tried George’s over the years and I’ve always hoped that their battered fish would improve, sadly it hasn’t. Fish in batter should be crisp, it certainly isn’t here, consistently soggy.
