Where do I start? At the end of a long difficult shift for the ambulance service I walked in, tired and hungry. All I can say is the service was amazing and the boss, George I’m guessing, well he was generous and made me feel like my hard day at work was appreciated. Thank you to the staff. What Dalestreet doesn't like about George's Fish Chip Shop:
Sometimes I wonder if people who cook the same thing year after year actually taste and check what the result of their cooking is. I’ve tried George’s over the years and I’ve always hoped that their battered fish would improve, sadly it hasn’t. Fish in batter should be crisp, it certainly isn’t here, consistently soggy. Easily rectified but I’m not sure I’ll be giving it another go soon. View all feedback.
