I think we came during the weekend when their main chief is on leave. Knew about this when we wanted to order egg tart and they said the chief is not around. Carrot/radish came very oily. Century egg porridge is quite blend as well. The char shiu Bao is ok. Sesame hall is light and crispy. Local friends who brought us also said that food is different from usual.
