I visit this restaurant regularly as I work in london and stay in the hilton metropole. the atmosphere is beautiful, candlestick etc. the employees are fantastic, attentive, polite and just really nice people. eating has never disappointed, great they allow them to order from the restaurant next door, so more food selection. What User doesn't like about Fiamma:
We had a very mediocre meal here. Two of our party got their meal way before the other two. We had to ask where the missing meals were in the end. The calzone was missing the Parma ham and was very dry except for a...lump of very wet spinach in the middle. Spaghetti was underwhelming. Another pizza was very very salty. Not great.
