"We came here and had the Madhatters afternoon tea for a friend's babyshower and it was wonderful! The customer service and waitresses were so professional, explaining each dish and double checking for allergies. The venue itself was beautiful with lots of scenic spots for photos. Overall has a lovely time, thank you!"

"Came here on Monday night with friends, made the most of the vegan 2-4-1 offer which made things very reasonably priced. Not sure I’d otherwise spend £15 on a burger but it was a really great burger. They have two main choices, vegan beef burger with the Redefine Meat patty or a chicken burger using the Crispy Tindle. Both were as good as the other. Sides were okay, nothing special, and limited vegan options. Atmosphere is exactly what you’d expect from a BrewDog, loud and dark with a wide range of beers and IPA."

"We went to this place a couple of times. We did not have a reservation however we they found a table for us. The waitress who was a young lady at the bar was really kind and helpful and the food was good. The second time we were put at the bar and it was rather uncomfortable to eat the meal. And the staff who escorted us in did not bother to take our order, and even the lady with short hair who was at the bar was not so cheerful. They don't smile at all. It is sad as the food is good. Update: After 3 months we decided to give it another chance because the food was good. However, we didn't receive any service at all and the staff was completely dismissive of our presence and continued to chat amongst themselves. We walked out."

"Absolutely disgusting!! Don't even going there! Food terrible. Customer service absolutely shocking!!. Me and my family went hear for dinner on Saturday (8th). They served me meal just before 9 o'clock which included to kids meals! Then proceeded to come over to our table at 9 o'clock to inform me that it was over 18's only after 9 o'clock, which made my 5 year old daughter feel uncomfortable and like she couldn't finish her meal!!!! Would of been perfectly fine of course if they'd actually informed me of this before I ordered and paid for our meals!! I then went over to the bar to order a drink because I of course wasn't leave until we'd eaten the food we'd just paid for. They told me again we had to leave when I went up to the bar to order my drink and again said we had to leave which I said I won't be leaving until we are finished our meals. I was then served the wrong drink so I went back up to the bar to get the drink I actually ordered for the guy behind the bar when said the drink I had wasn't what order and didn't taste right which I'd know because it's my favourite drink and what I order every time!! For him to say what dose it taste like then. Very rude and unprofessional!! Wouldn't recommend at all!! The food was also rubbish and complete tasteless a special the chicken wings. You could get much better food from the chicken shop up the road ."

"I was in the opposite for a seminar that ended late and I was looking for a place around 10 o'clock. the only places that seemed open were pubs and I didn't want to go too far. I saw nagoya open, zamato rating 3 and I decided to take a chance. They only had a few that was done when I came in. it is a small place (you can have more seats in the cellar) around 5 tables with a sushi bar. decoration reminds of small Chinese restaurants. the lady at the desk was very sweet and gave me some recommendations when I asked them. it took some time until I came home (sometimes because a certain bus driver refused to stop, I had to wait 20mins for the next), but the fried chicken was a bit soggy. the taste was very good and the huh beautifully marinated and super delicate and juicy. family and cat loved the prawn tempura, which came with an immersing sauce. the huhn gyoza was densely filled (personally I prefer to give a bit more in my fillings) and delicious. loved the mini 3ml bottle sauce that came with it. the black were filled separately with the suppe. only 2 thin slices of pork and half a boiled egg (so not too much protein in the dish more noodle to fill them, though) with cut mushroom sprouts. the suppe was a mild broth that was flavored with elk. I enjoyed the clean aromen, but brother decided to season it. a nice complete meal in itself if they are not a protein addict like me. the dame offered me very sweet free green tea while I wait for my order and I loved the fact that she cut the basic of the bag with a piece of karton in the right size to keep everything stable."

This is seriously one of the best meals in London, and you can’t beat the price. Visit...Dwight at the Mandalay, and sit back and enjoy the fantastic food."
