I have never had a problem at the Starbucks at the Target in Closter. The staff is ALWAYS polite, respectful, helpful, and courteous. Lacee, Channy, Kathlyn, Max, Cecil, Kim, and Courtney are the best. The ones that are rude, disrespectful, and inconsiderate are the teenagers that come in and harass the staff and give them a hard time, take up the tables, leave a mess, etc. View all feedback.

All the workers are nice and polite, except for this one worker who is named Mike. He messed up my orders multiple times and he gets overwhelmed when there is a line. I once asked him for almond milk and he kept giving me two percent as I watched him and continued to correct him. I feel bad for the other workers who have to pick up the pace for him.
