I usually enjoy the baked here, but the customer service is so slow. we waited forever to buy cookies while the Barista/Cashier took 15mins plus to make coffee while we ignore. there were other workers running around, but obviously are too busy to help customers. in the meantime, the line was built behind me. the baked are good, but too expensive.
