What User doesn't like about The French Kitchen:
I typically like the baked goods at this place, but the service is very slow. We waited a long time to purchase cookies while the Barista/Cashier took over 15 minutes to make coffee, ignoring us. There were other employees rushing around, but they seemed too busy to assist customers. Meanwhile, a line formed behind me. The baked goods are tasty, but they are also overpriced. I am disappointed with the experience here... View all feedback.

My husband and I absolutely adore The French Kitchen! The food at this bakery/restaurant is fantastic. We love their cinnamon twists and chocolate chip cookies, and often give them as gifts to our friends. We keep our favorites in the freezer for a quick and delicious treat. It's perfect for unexpected guests! I highly recommend this place to everyone. Their online ordering system is easy to use.
I was really looking forward to trying the croissants at this restaurant. We sat down and I ordered two - one for myself and one for my husband to enjoy later. After only eating half of mine, I accidentally dropped the bag and the croissants fell out. I asked if they could replace them, even just the one I didn't eat, but they refused. It was disappointing to see that they couldn't accommodate such a simple request, especially since they witnessed the incident and quickly came over to clean it up. Just one croissant replacement and they couldn't do it? Wow.
I recently attended a broth class and enjoyed it so much that I decided to return for their level up date night class this week! The facility was clean and well-equipped. There was an assistant who helped keep things organized while the teacher worked with students. I really appreciated blandine's clear instructions and friendly personality - she was efficient, funny, and engaging. The amount of baguettes we made in the class was a great value for the price. We also received a discount code for shopping in their store and for booking future classes, which was a nice touch. I bought some baguettes to enjoy at home with my partner, and they were delicious and much cheaper than buying them at a coffee shop. I'm excited to attend my next class this week and take advantage of the fantastic reusable tote bag they offer after completing a second class!
I had been eager to try the French Kitchen bakery for a while but always seemed to miss their opening hours. Finally, I was able to visit yesterday and try some of their baked goods. However, I was not impressed with their croissants and chocolate a pain as they were too buttery for my liking. The almond croissant was the biggest letdown for me, as it lacked the almond flavor I had come to love from other places. It tasted more like eggs, butter, and flour with no hint of almond. Overall, I was disappointed and unlikely to return. I appreciate their concept and wish them success in their future endeavors.
