Last week I sent a message inquiring if there were any carrot cakes ready for pick up. Although there were none ready for pick up, they quickly responded with an offer to make one for me to pick up before they closed. I greatly appreciated this as I dropped the ball on making my own carrot cake as I do for my fiancé almost every year on his birthday. The cake was delicious!
