"Absolutely exceeded expectations, great friendly staff, fancy ambiance, very great experience. I got the pimento burger with a side salad, both were fantastic. The burger is very high quality and has a great char. And the salad is better than expected. I also got the hot apple cider, tasted great and very nice presentation. I also recommend the carrot cake, very delicious dessert. Overall fantastic experience, would recommend to anybody."

"Service is great and restaurant is posh inside but food is not worth the money. They don't know how to cook a steak right. This isn't the first nice steakhouse where I've sent a steak back for being improperly cooked. My steak came pretty much burnt on the outside and it had some very rare parts on the inside. I had them put it back on the grill and when they brought it back it was okay on the inside but really burnt on the outside. My steak cost me $99 btw. What a disappointment. Also it was sort of dry and not as soft as I usually expect from prime steak. Certainly nothing like I make at home. You gotta keep basting that steak with melted garlic thyme butter and cover it up with something while it's cooking so the steam keeps it moist. Also reduce heat after searing so that it doesn't dry out...very important. Charcuterie board was poor....looked like a prepackaged one from a grocery store. Trust me I've had some amazing Charcuterie boards. They usually come with french bread or bruschetta and not pita and they usually come with fig jelly not honey and they usually have a better selection of meats and cheeses. Salad was average.... not what I would expect from a restaurant like this. Honestly there wasn't a single thing at this restaurant that I haven't had a better version of for less than half the price. If you have this kind of money to spend go to Refectory or Barcelona."

"Disappointed from the second I walked in. I played myself though. I thought this was a nice restaurant and found out quickly from the large amount of chip paint on the walls and dated decor that it wasn’t. Salad bar was okay as best and the meat the main attraction lack flavor and cooked poorly. I will never ever spend my money at this place again. Waited so long to be able to go here and left surprised this place is still standing. What a joke"

"Since we have eaten and enjoyed our meals at Tony's at many occasions, we have reserved for 12 people for one of the banquet rooms for a walking party for friends. On the day of the event we called to increase the number to fourteen. When we arrived, Tony put us on a table for 12 in the regular part of the restaurant. We reminded him that we had not only reserved a banquet room, but that we had increased the number to 14. He said that the banquet rooms were all used (we checked and were not). He said he didn't receive a message about the increase in the number and went on to get a big deal about adding 2 more to our table in the restaurant. I reminded him again that we had reserved a banquet room and that the arrangement in the larger restaurant area would not work. Then he became extremely rude and refused to sit somewhere else. Dinner for most of our group was fine, but my trout came burned and thrown on an empty plate no capers, sauce, garnish, etc. obviously a vindictive movement on his part. Needless to say, the 14 German villagers who are visited will not return and as usual are areas like this the word will travel over Tony and his restaurant."
