Lovely friendly independent cafe based in the church at Frizington. When we went we had booked because it gets packed out by local residents. My friend is local but I was visiting . We ordered tea for two and a lovely big pot with China cups and saucers arrived. More hot water to top up the pot no problem ! My friend had a delicious massive) omelette , salad and chips.
