While visiting family, we we’re really looking forward to some decent fish and chips, but sadly these were not the best. The portion size was fine, but as they’re cooked in dripping the greasy aftertaste was dreadful. The chips were also very soggy and although this can be down to new potatoes not being the best for chippies, our local fish and chip shop (in Cornwall) are still able to sell decent chips.
