Well CONSISTENCY firstly service: we arrive and wait to be seated we are seen and ignored several times before finally approached and seated. We order Gammon Steak is just warmed up ham rubbish, chicken is old/over cooked and tough, baguette is a chunk (small) of bread and inedible rock hard.
