Dropped in as we were passing through Cranbrook. This was our second time stopping here. The coffee was so memorable from the first time that we were determined to visit again. The second time did not disappoint. These guys are able to do a dark roast coffee without the coffee tasting bitter - excellent! Two young ladies were working. I stepped into the Kootenay Roasting Company recently after walking by it many times while visiting Cranbrook. Inside it looks very comfortable...chairs, easy chairs, couches, etc. But - the service I received at the counter was rude and impatient.
