The service at the Defiance, Ohio dairy Queen is pretty much what you would expect. Always a friendly greeting from the wait staff. The food is hot, tasty, and fills the necessary void. Not only do they pay starting out $10/hrs, they have no benefits, no discounts, the highest quitting rate, one of the workers said they found a cockroach in the back.
