The service at the Defiance, Ohio dairy Queen is pretty much what you would expect. Always a friendly greeting from the wait staff. The food is hot, tasty, and fills the necessary void. Definitely one of the nicer fast food restaurants in the area. I really do enjoy their drink machine that is in store that dispenses a wide variety of Coca-Cola drinks. View all feedback.

This place should go out of business. Not only do they pay starting out $10/hrs, they have no benefits, no discounts, the highest quitting rate, one of the workers said they found a cockroach in the back. Everything is so grossly not clean, and the owner doesn't care! Also food is View all feedback.
They melted all my ice cream. Banana Split, the sundae, my puppy chow; when she turned it over, she went half way .... It was already melting out....??
