The food has a whole was nice but i asked for a gluten free battered sausage with chips and peas. A long with the rest of the order. Upon the first bite of the sausage I noticed straight away that it was not gluten free. NOT HAPPY ABOUT IT. You need to make sure the staff understand that normal sausage are not gluten free and it's not just how it is prept and cooked. The rest of the service we receive here was great.... Can 't comment on how good the fish is, as never got to taste it! What I can comment on is the poor service! Four young members of staff chatting to each other whilst I was waiting at the counter (seemed like ages). Couple walked in behind me and got served immediately. After passing comment of dissatisfaction, the seemingly most senior staff member told me not to worry about it !!!! So we all headed for the fish and... View all feedback.
Staff are really friendly. My son is coeliac and loves that he can have anything from the menu...
