Was staying in the Gateway Grandeur hotel on an official visit, and since the main restaurant was booked for a party, was directed to the King Chilly Restaurant in the same hotel. Was an accidental visit, but made my evening. Opted for the Veg Thali & Fish curry (Pabdas Maas). Food was excellent authentic Assamese fare. I went to king chilly with my best friend after another friend's recommendation. They have an authentic assamese menu. I used to be vegetarian that time n she is a non veg, we ordered Joha rice with a veg curry n pork curry.
