"Already had my meal few hrs before and had just gone in to catch up with friends over a beer, ended up ordering some food and loved it even after already being stuffed. Ambiance - The restaurant located in Nandan hotel is old, with the dark lighting it gives a shady feeling, although the same dark lighting is perfect if you want to catch a match on the LCD.Food - It's an established multi-cuisine restaurant famous for it's Mexican, Italian and Chinese hence the name Mexitthachi. We had ordered drinks and were given generous serving of franc fries to go along with it. Normally in any other place i have been one needs to order the same, amazing value for money (freebie).We ordered Vegetable Cannelloni - It was perfect, probably my favorite cannelloni world over. The extra layer of white cheese over thin layer of pasta wrapped over minimal vegetables just the way i like it. Only thing missing was a side dish of baked bread, which would have completed the dish perfectly. (4.5/5)Vegetable Au Gratin - Was kind of ok, after the fabulous cannelloni it felt filled with too much of vegetables. (2.5/5)It's a great restaurant for the many varieties of food it offers at very reasonable price. Has it's share of signature dish which are the best in town."

"This restaurant is located about less than 10 minutes walk from Purva Balaji Tirupati temple.After exit from temple walk right and cross to other side of the road from under the flyover and walk left. We reached this restaurant at about 7:30 pm and only two seats were occupied but to our surprise no one came to take order for the next 10 minutes even though all waiters were free and simply sitting/walking.We ordered a Fish Thali, Joha Rice and Fish Otenga. Food was delivered about half an hour after we placed the order. This restaurant needs to improve on the service part. Food we ordered was excellent. The fish Thali was good. Fish Otenga was the star and tasted good. The waiter gave us two cups of kheer for free which is appreciable . The ambience inside the restaurant is good but the washroom has to be maintained clean The quantity they serve per plate/dish is good. I will recommend this restaurant for having Assamese food."

"We were in a group of 12, so could taste a lot of items, however the best item i liked was the ray papaya salad. They need to better their taste of food, i didnt like the Choupsuey at all, the Japanese wok dish, vegetables with pan fried was below average, and the rest was average. The biggest issue for me was a lot of items listed in their menu being unavailable."

"I accidentally stumbled upon this place while I was looking for another restaurant. I'm glad the other restaurant was closed.The Vegetarian Bengali Thali here was supreme, with a variety of starters, two dals, two dry vegetables, luchi, and rice. To top it off, some payas at the end. The manager and waiter were extremely helpful and cordial."

"I went there after reading the reviews and seeing the rating of 4. The place did not disappoint me.All the liquor brands were available. The place was teeming with teenagers. Go to the top floor they have a live bank up there. The floor below does not have the live band but you dish out 20 per cent less.Taste for snacks was average but the ambient and music was charging. Place is open till 12 midnight.The rates for the drinks and snacks is very competitive. I have deducted 1 point in the rating because they are charging 20 per cent as adhoc charge for entertainment on Friday through Sunday for the live entertainment.Worth a second visit."

"Had to get out of the office for a quick bite and a friend had recommended this place. the standard thali had decent quality rice, a few roasted vegetables, papaya khar, salat and two species of dals. I ordered Hilsa fish as extra. and the piece was juicy and well shimmered in senfsauce. overall I found the place quite clean with low trips. good for families and those who want a fast, cheap meal. with regard to the type of kitchen, its mainly bengali with a hauch of assamese in the khar; the spicing is also kept to assame taste."
