If this mcdonalds is more that 1/4 full just walk out, anymore than that and they lose all function, either they are severely understaffed or they are extremely incompetent staff, either way the customers suffer. You can also find senior management frequently just hanging out with customers in the dining area , having casual chats, don't know what that's about.
