"Keshk Café Restaurant is an unassuming but very popular Middle Eastern restaurant near the canal. In fact, it’s so humble that KS and I almost walked past it while looking for a fresh and healthy place for dinner. Luckily KS did a double take and noticed that it was pretty crowded inside – a telltale sign that the food has to be good. The upstairs was full so the waitress seated us in the downstairs area. We laughed to ourselves as soon as we received the menu because it was almost exactly the same as the one at Alladins Café, a restaurant we had visited just the night before! We decided to stay and were glad that we did. I had the Shishtaouk boneless cubes of chicken served on a bed of salad with an amazing side of yoghurt sauce. The chicken was cooked perfectly – lean, juicy and full of flavor. The side of deep fried spicy potatoes had a good kick, too. Apart from the slightly slow service, a meal at Keshk was a great experience."

"Wanted to try some place new with my mom for lunch. Saw a posting on Facebook about the restaurant. You do need reservations as there is not alot of seating at the present time. Staff are extremely friendly and a pretty good menu. Was a bit noisy and loud but would go back. They also do take out. Was amazed at the number of people who came in for take out"

"Was recommended this place by the hostel I stayed at for the weekend coffee was fantastic, best flat white I've had! And the owners (I presume were super nice! It was busy also, so you can tell its good : good atmosphere and treats looked great too!"

"My daughter and I went for brunch here yesterday, before flying home, following a wonderful few days in Dublin. The food, service and atmosphere was really welcoming. On entering there is a sign telling you where to wait to be seated. A lovely Irish waitress approached us immediately, explained the system and we opted for full table service and sat around the open kitchen/bar area. We were very well attended to and enjoyed our experience. After watching other customers struggle though, I can empathise with other reviews. The system can be confusing, as the hostess is not available enough as she is so very busy calling out and organising order numbers for the self service area of dining. I watched on as the busy lunchtime peaked and it felt simply that the staff are over stretched and the system could be definitely be simplified. Dollard and Co deserve to succeed and I will definitely be returning on my next visit."

"Just went to get my standard order pre flight- long Mac topped up today. Got told by the smart mouthed barista lady that asking for the medium cup is not the 'traditional style ' and is the like pronouncing target 'tarjay ' . Excused myself and went to get the same order from Dome down the corridor. Kind of funny, but I want a coffee, not a comedian."
