I have been inside twice since the pandemic and each time I had to wait for someone to acknowledge me and hand me my drink. The reason for ordering ahead is so I DON'T have to wait. They can put drinks with the order sticker faced out so people can look at the cups without touching. I stopped working. my whole drink was frozen. you have a job, please do it right!
The restaurant also offers the possibility to sit outside and be served in pleasant weather.
