We appreciate that despite being a chain, the restaurant still maintains a cozy, hometown atmosphere. And don't even get us started on the pupusas - they are simply delicious. What User doesn't like about Starbucks:
I have been inside twice since the pandemic and each time I had to wait for someone to acknowledge me and hand me my drink. The reason for ordering ahead is so I DON'T have to wait. They can put drinks with the order sticker faced out so people can look at the cups without touching. This morning went through dtive up. in my drink was a brown yuck hard bits in my Strawberries lemonade

We love that they still retain a small hometown feel even though they are a chain. Oh, and the pup cups…we love the pup cups. We have never had a bad or incorrect drink…reading some of the other posts, maybe new leadership
