I really love the decor and the food at WestRoom. However last time I went for brunch, the music was loud and very thumpy, and it really ruined the experience for me. I did mention it to a member of staff, but nothing changed. I can totally see how that music would be suitable for cocktails in the evening, but it was really unsettling over Sunday brunch. Worst service I’ve ever had. Out of 5 draft beers, 2 were empty. Cocktail was ok but overpriced for what it was. Server took our order of 4 items: 2 soups, 1 small plate, 1 main. Got 2 wrong items (one of which my wife is allergic to and almost ate without realizing it was wrong) and didn’t get one at all.
