I really love the decor and the food at WestRoom. However last time I went for brunch, the music was loud and very thumpy, and it really ruined the experience for me. I did mention it to a member of staff, but nothing changed. I can totally see how that music would be suitable for cocktails in the evening, but it was really unsettling over Sunday brunch. read more.

Worst service I’ve ever had. Out of 5 draft beers, 2 were empty. Cocktail was ok but overpriced for what it was. Server took our order of 4 items: 2 soups, 1 small plate, 1 main. Got 2 wrong items (one of which my wife is allergic to and almost ate without realizing it was wrong) and didn’t get one at all.
