What patsy rock doesn't like about Cafe 163:
every time I visit this creepy establishment, there is is some man, in some sort of capacity leaching on the young women servers. Is he the owner? Manager? He looks like he is held together by discarded toothpicks. His hair has an element of halloween horror.
