"My wife and I went west and went through. Stuffed and ordered a spoon and cream cheese bagel. You got my coffee and I sat down to read the paper. The people behind the counter have lost my ticket. I didn't deserve much attention. The lady behind the counter noticed that I had not received my order, put a rush on it and that was it. Or that's what I thought. The owner came out and apologised me and wanted to give me a dozen bagels as an excuse. I said I was on my way and had no need for her, so he offered me two beers. I had a place to keep them that way, I took them. Even the food was excellent. TL;DR owner is a good guy and goes beyond and beyond. Food was excellent."

"Great atmosphere and huge meal for good value. I came in after working a late shift and was served by a lady called Janelle there who is so funny and sweet and just goes 100% out of her way to make you leave feeling happy. I don't normally post reviews but i have to because Puma at Aratula is fantastic!!!! Definantly getting my fuel from here from now on."
