The West side location is better, in my opinion. I've never had an issue with the West side. Yesterday at the East side my burger was undercooked, asked for another it was under cooked as well, so I ate my fries and left. The cook said their meat is naturally pink after being cooked, but I've been to Freddy's at least 10 or more times since they've been on the west side, it's my fave burger place and never had a pink...
