My wife and I regularly visit the High Street branch and are always impressed with the friendly and cheerful staff, it is invariably busy but they are, without fail, efficient and well trained. We started to use it when our usual venue put their opening time back to 9.00am and are now delighted to be able to enjoy our early morning coffee and porridge at Costa. Well done to the staff. This place is a joke only one person in front of me in the line. And still took over 20 minutes to get my drink . People walking out . Very slow service. The management need a good shake up of this place very very slow service. The young person making drinks was clearly not up to speed in making drinks .
