St. Louis Fish Chicken cannot cook fries worth two red pennies. Every location you visit has the same problem of soggy and undercooked fries. My biggest gripe is they are not consist with the quality of the food. For example, you get a different style of fries with each order and the cheese is sometimes melted instead of the nacho cheese style I prefer. This makes ordering from them a toss up.
