They have pretty good chicken wings price is right about what most places charge they use lemon pepper on the wings so if you don't like that you should let them know.

The food is good it's hot when you get it They do get your order right The guys that wait on you they are pretty friend The waiting area is okay could be a little more updated to have chairs to sit while you wait

While the food was hot, fresh, and delicious... Customer Service left a lot to be desired. I called 6 times before the phone was answered... Thats ridiculous for any business, who want our money.

St. Louis Fish Chicken cannot cook fries worth two red pennies. Every location you visit has the same problem of soggy and undercooked fries. My biggest gripe is they are not consist with the quality of the food. For example, you get a different style of fries with each order and the cheese is sometimes melted instead of the nacho cheese style I prefer. This makes ordering from them a toss up. The chicken is lovely; however, it could be crispier when requested.

The customer service at the Saint louis fish and chicken on Parker rd is horrible the employee answered the phone and was yelling and being very rude he took the order then hung up on me… my niece leaves to get my food and it was not ready and 6:30 when order was placed at 5:57. You ask for a refund and they do not want to honor that.. the manager was even rude. I would never order from them ever again.
