Visited this sugar shack on an EF Tour with my school. We got to learn some basics about how maple syrup is produced. The supper was excellent with a good taste of Quebec culture. I have been going there for 4 years but this year ( 5th ) it was disappointing. The food was ok but not as good that I remember. There was some entertainment which represent Quebec traditions, was good during the meal. The waitress seem to be overwhelm. Not enough waitresses for the amount of people during lunch time.
