I visited to see my elderly father but was disappointed in the service provided. Squashed in and patronised with no understanding of my 85 year old father's mobility and no toilet facilities. We were told to use the public toilets some distance away. I would not have booked if this was known. Food mediocre and expensive. Not worth the 90 min train journey. read more.
