Nothing was especially listed on the menu, but the staff knew what was vegan when I asked about the Kombu Dashi brew. The noodles were super tasty, like a fat Udon noodle. I ordered the mushroom and my partner ordered the pumpkin. I would probably recommend the pumpkin if you are not obsessed with mushrooms because they put a LOT on the head and it could probably do with some more noodles to balance it. View all feedback.
