You want good genuine Chinese food from a different region of China. Try this restaurant. I have been there twice this month. It is northern China , Xinjiang, cuisine with influence from other cultures because it is on the silk route. Amazing chef. Does not overwhelm the dish with spice. Worst food ever; they can't even give you a glass of water or an extra napkin. Skip this place! Seafood fried rice and sea food noodles consisted of Shrimsp and tiny scallops size of pennies . Salty and stale seafood; my husband was choking coughing on their food and they didn't even come over to offer a glass of water.
