"Went to Richmond location after Burnaby re-open their new store. Not really surprised, but Richmond store also increase the price for the new menu. I still love the food, but just wonder why everything is so expensive now. Shabu shabu used to be a substitute for me when I want hotpot, but do not have too much budget. But nowadays price is pretty close to those big brands. Beside price, the food is still amazing. Good quality meat and soup base. They include an ice cream for the combo, but I actually like the jelly more. The Richmond store has better induction than Burnaby one, and the table is slightly bigger than Burnaby."

"I visited here for the first time today with my friends. We had the Korean BBQ combo for 4 people. The meat was really fresh and so delicious and we were surprised by the generous portion meats. It's excellent value for money!! The Best korean restaurant ever!!! lol"

"As with most of the food here, the XLBs were good but don’t really stand out too much from the pack. The pork filling was meaty and there were plenty of soup packed inside. The skin was the right consistency, strong enough to hold up to my inferior chopstick skills but delicate enough it required a minimal chew."

"I used to eat here all almost every day when doing an intern job in Richmond. Not authentic Mexican but who cares, the chicken burrito is so good. The price is decent for what you get which is really filling. I still come here for lunch if I find myself in Richmond just for nostalgia sake and it's still good."

"Seriously good Chinese food!!. This was our first time trying Timmy Kitchen. Normally I don 't even like 'take out ' Chinese, but this was absolutely yummy. Delivery came in 40 min. rather than 'an hour '. Even my normally critical spouse pronounced it delicious. The portions was amazingly ample and the price really reasonable. The delivery person was friendly and we cannot wait to go and have a meal in the restaurant. Dishes we ordered were scallops with XO sauce: #91 (a bit of a kick, tender scallops, and lots of snow peas and the beef and black bean with rice noodles:#167, also LOTS of vegies: This place is even better than the restaurant that was the predecessor (Fisherman 's Village, which was good too."

"This hotpot place had 4 separate soup containers and I especially loved their Kobe beef. Very soft even when I overcooked them. It was $45ish for the Kobe, but definitely worth it. I would highly recommend!"

"Thumbs All tho my photo is half eaten could not wait to eat these dishes The Beef Congee was my comfort food here very tasty when you add the scallion consommé. The Sticky Rice stuffed in lotus leafs and Spring Rolls were as they should be great Flavour's as well "

"I went there to have food at the old Xian restaurant. This place is near Yohan Center, and has a lot of different kinds of restaurants within this little complex. So if you don't know what to eat come here cuz I'm sure you'll find something that will satisfy you. Just an FYI it's all Asian food for the most part. And a lot of these places only take cash, so there's a TD Bank very conveniently located within the complex. Parking is somewhat plentiful, depending on what time of day it is. There's a chance I could get pretty packed and you have to park elsewhere during Peak hours."

"My favourite store for Japanese foods and ingredients. Quality is always top notch, selection is great, and prices are reasonable. Be sure to scan the freezer section for some great hidden gems like mentaiko, katsuo tataki, and tako if there's none in the fresh foods display cabinet. Staff are always friendly and helpful. "Good Curry, but not as good as Xyclo Vietnamese Restaurant. Very nice place to eat, friendly staff and fast service. The price is not bad for the place you are eating in, but if you are the type of people who want cheap fast food type restaurant like in the food court or something like it. This is not the restaurant that you want. Steveston Village in not a fast food friendly place. It is not a eat and run and cheap place to go. Sometime the lunch time hour between 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm can be busy.<br/ <br/ This place have excellent food, so you have to be willing to pay a little more. Xyclo Vietnamese Restaurant have to best curry between the two place. There is places in East side of Vancouver that you can get cheaper asian food, but do not expect the same service or quality like the two Vietnamese Restaurant in Steveston Village. <br/ <br/ I see many write about Steveston Village Vietnamese Restaurant all the place and the internet. This place is like buying an Volkswager jetta and the Xyclo Vietnamese Restaurant is like buying a Honda Civic. Do not expect a Mercedes E 300 and want to pay Kia car price."
