Surprised at some of the reviews. I think for the price people are expecting a luxurious plush resort. You are paying for an amazing location and the best view of the sunset on the east coast. We had a really nice time. A 5 minute drive or 15 minute bike ride from the ferry and downtown. Accessible to numerous wineries.
