The Soundview Motel was built by the Levin's on Greenport shoreline in 1953. The motel was recently purchased by the Eagle Point Hotel Partners firm based in Manhattan from what I read. The Motel has seen since the new acquisition upgrades on their bedding, pool furniture and other various areas. Advertised as a resort, no gym, small beach loaded with rocks, 29 a day whether you park your car in front of your room or valet. Restaurant on site . My room had double window w/only one blind! Price per night averaged to 500! read more.
