I've been here many times, it's always good! I will say though, when they were out of Ketchup one time (who is out of Ketchup!? they made me buy one of their bottles of Ketchup rather than open one and use it.... The food is good, the location is convenient, but unfortunately the service is just so bad that I can't recommend it. Nobody is ever working the counter, there is no definitive queue, none of the employees know who has been served or even if they're using the ticket system that day.
