the only vegan options on the menu that I was aware were steamed vegetables and steamed vegetables with tofu, without the sauce. but I don't think another restaurant in this whole city offers steamed vegetables with tofu (at least not without a special request). my wife, who is not strictly vegan, loves her vegetarian chicken dishes. they are stirred with a kind of sauce. but again, these dishes seem quite unique, so... I really loved the vegetarian general tso's chicken.
